Sold securely through SA eChamber escrow: your payment is held in a secure trust account and released to the seller only once every step below is complete and you've confirmed it.

✅ Transfer Checklist (escrow releases when all are done):

1. Primary login handed over: the Seller Portal username and password are changed to the buyer's.
2. Registered email changed: the account email is moved to the buyer's address.
3. Two-factor authentication (2FA) moved: the OTP or authenticator is switched to the buyer's phone or app.
4. Bank and payout details updated: the payout account is changed to the buyer's.
5. Business entity updated: the registered company name, CIPC registration number, VAT number and contact details are changed where required.
6. Stock and listings confirmed: any stock held in Takealot's warehouses (Leadtime or Drop-ship stock) is counted, and the listings, offers and outstanding orders are agreed in writing.
7. Buyer confirms access: the buyer logs in on their own and confirms they have full control.
