We are a community and directory for SA e-commerce businesses. We connect members, we don't sell your products for you.
You must be 18+, run a real business in South Africa, and give us true information. One account per business.
We have 3 options:
Prices are in Rands. We don't charge VAT right now. You pay with card, instant EFT or EFT.
Your membership renews every year unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us.
Your right to cancel: If you bought online, you have 7 days to cancel for any reason. If we contacted you directly to sell, you have 5 business days. After that, no refund for the time left.
We check your business registration, ID, and that you really trade. The badge means you passed our checks at that time. It does NOT mean we guarantee your products or how you run your business. We can remove the badge if info is wrong.
You are responsible for your own listings, prices, stock, delivery and returns.
Important: We are the platform, not the seller. When someone buys from you, the deal is between you and them, not us. We are not responsible for that sale.
Prices must be honest and in Rands. No fake or illegal goods.
Mentions of Takealot, Amazon, Makro are just info — we are not linked to them.
Please don't:
We can remove content or suspend you if you do.
You own what you post. You give us permission to show it on our site to run SA eChamber.
We follow POPIA. We only use your info to run the Chamber. You can opt out of marketing anytime.

If something goes wrong on our side, the most we will be liable for is what you paid us in the last 12 months. Or R1,000 if you are on the free plan.

These Terms follow South African law. If we have a dispute, we will first try to talk it out, then mediation in Johannesburg, then courts. You can also go to the CGSO or National Consumer Commission.
