Kagiso Monosi — Founder & Managing Director
I'm a seller first.
I started SA eCommerce Chamber in Johannesburg in 2026 after seeing the same two problems again and again: buyers fear being scammed, and honest sellers rebuild trust from scratch on every platform.
I lived it — competing against unverified sellers, with no united voice when marketplaces changed the rules, and no safe way for sellers to trade with each other.
So I built what I wished existed: a verified community where we vouch for one another, where money is protected by our SA eChamber Secure Payment Initiative, and where a seller in Limpopo can trade with a buyer in Cape Town as confidently as on Takealot or Amazon.
This Chamber is my commitment to cut online scams and give South African sellers a fair shot — together.

SA E-commerce Chamber is South Africa's membership community for online sellers — helping businesses sell safer, grow faster, and earn buyer trust.
We're not a marketplace. We're the trust layer behind online commerce.
Why we exist Buyers fear scams. Sellers grow alone. We solve both with a trusted ecosystem where verified sellers connect, trade, and grow with confidence.
